Fits neffy®

neffy® is the needle-free epinephrine nasal spray, approved by Health Canada in April 2026 for adults and children weighing 30 kg and up. It comes as a two-spray pack, and that pack wants a little more room than an auto-injector does.

So Mia made the pouch wider, 8 cm across instead of 7.5. Every print on this page has been checked with a neffy pack in hand, so whichever you pick will hold two neffy doses. Most are sewn in the wider cut. A few are the last of the older ones, and Mia checked those one at a time before they went on here.

They all still hold up to two of the same auto-injector, the way our pouches always have.
