Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@epicute.ca. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on gift cards. Sale items may be considered for return on a case-by-case basis — please contact us at info@epicute.ca to inquire.

Exchanges To request an exchange, please contact us at info@epicute.ca. If approved, return your item to us and we will send you the replacement once we receive it.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
