The Classic Pouch is designed to snugly fit up to two of the same auto-injector, including: EpiPen®, ALLERJECT®, AUVI-Q®, Emerade™ 0.3 mg dose, OR a single Emerade™ 0.5 mg dose. If being used for inhalers, it can hold 1-3 depending on style/size.

Very good quality and shes' very quick to make the special order epipen case for my adult son.

I bought this for my 12yo son (~85 lbs) in size M and it fit perfectly. It’s really well made. I can see it lasting a long time.
I had wished for was a size chart available for this item. I had to go to the other listings to see what might fit.
