Coming Soon: An Epicute Pouch for Neffy

Big news for allergy families: needle-free epinephrine has arrived in Canada — and Epicute is making a pouch for it.

What's happening

Neffy®, the first needle-free epinephrine nasal spray, was approved by Health Canada in April 2026 and is expected in Canadian pharmacies this summer. It's small, simple, and comes as a two-spray pack you carry together.

We've ordered samples, have started designing an Epicute pouch sized perfectly for the Neffy two-pack — the same fun-made-in-canada-by-parents-for-parents-with-love carriers you know, reimagined for a new kind of epinephrine.

Why we're excited

Needle-free — a gentler option for needle-shy kids (and parents).
Pocket-sized — two little sprays, easy to carry everywhere.
Less temperature sensitive — Neffy holds up better than auto-injectors when things get warm, which is exactly the peace of mind so many of you have asked us for.

What we know and what we're still waiting on:

Right now, Neffy is approved in Canada for kids and adults about 30 kg (66 lb) and up; a lower dose for younger children is expected to follow. We're designing our pouch so it's ready for your family whenever you and your allergist decide Neffy is right for you.
