Coming Soon: An Epicute Pouch for Neffy
Big news for allergy families: needle-free epinephrine has arrived in Canada — and Epicute is making a pouch for it.

What's happening
Neffy®, the first needle-free epinephrine nasal spray, was approved by Health Canada in April 2026 and is expected in Canadian pharmacies this summer. It's small, simple, and comes as a two-spray pack you carry together.
We've ordered samples, have started designing an Epicute pouch sized perfectly for the Neffy two-pack — the same fun-made-in-canada-by-parents-for-parents-with-love carriers you know, reimagined for a new kind of epinephrine.
Why we're excited
- Needle-free — a gentler option for needle-shy kids (and parents).
- Pocket-sized — two little sprays, easy to carry everywhere.
- Less temperature sensitive — Neffy holds up better than auto-injectors when things get warm, which is exactly the peace of mind so many of you have asked us for.
What we know and what we're still waiting on:
Right now, Neffy is approved in Canada for kids and adults about 30 kg (66 lb) and up; a lower dose for younger children is expected to follow. We're designing our pouch so it's ready for your family whenever you and your allergist decide Neffy is right for you.
As always: keep carrying your current EpiPen® or Allerject® until you and your doctor decide together to make a change. We make the carriers, not the medicine.
