Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Canada — free shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within Canada, via Canada Post. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing.

United States — flat rate
U.S. orders are shipped via Chit Chats at a flat rate. Duties and import fees are included in the shipping cost — no surprise charges at delivery. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after processing.

International — flat rate
We ship internationally via Chit Chats at a flat rate. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after processing. Please note that international customers may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in their country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
