Processing time

We make most pouches on the day we get the order. While we try our best to ship our in the same day, please allow a couple of business days for us to sew, pack and ship yours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Canada — free shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within Canada, via Canada Post. Most orders in Ontario and Quebec arrive within 2–5 business days of shipping; elsewhere in Canada, allow 4–8 business days. Remote and northern communities can take longer.

Need a pouch for a specific date — the first day of school, a camp start, a trip? Email us at info@epicute.ca before you order and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it.

United States — flat rate

U.S. orders are shipped via courier at a flat rate. Duties and import fees are included in the shipping cost — no surprise charges at delivery. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days.

International — flat rate

We ship internationally via courier at a flat rate. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Please note that international customers may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in their country, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Our free shipping does not come with tracking, but we offer express shipping options with come with tracking, and you’ll get an email with the details as soon as your parcel is on its way. If you haven’t heard from us within a few days of ordering, email info@epicute.ca and we’ll chase it down for you.
