Orders within Canada

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) using Canada Post. You'll receive an email once your order is en route (please check your "junk folder" just in case). Canada Post's delivery standard is 3-9 days but they report some delays occurring. It could be up to 14 days for remote locations.

Orders to the United States

We typically require 3-5 business days to complete orders to neighbours to the South. Once complete we ship via Canada Post Expedited which has a delivery time of 4-8 business days. However, it could be up to 14 days for remote locations. US residents will not be charged tax; however, orders may be subject to duties and customs charges which are the responsibility of the recipient. Cost will be calculated at check-out. Once your parcel is in transit, Canada Post will email you a tracking number (please check your "junk folder" just in case).

International Orders

We offer international shipping to wherever Canada Post delivers. Cost will be calculated at check-out.

We require 3-5 business days to complete your order. Once done, we ship via Canada Post Small Packet service which takes about 2 weeks to deliver. Tax will not be applied; however, orders may be subject to duties and customs charges which are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that there is no shipping insurance available unless you ask for Xpresspost or Purolator.
